It has been analyzed and generalized all the theoretical and methodological approaches to study military discipline in the psychological science, what has become the base to reveal the modern systematic and psychological conception of the group disciplined behavior. It has also been defined and explored social and psychological determinants of the illegal relations appearance in the primary military unit. Experimentally proved military units conflicts study, with an accent on the type of the group, relations polarity, collective though and mood, well – founded psychological conditions of increasing of the effectiveness of the primary units servicemen control. The author has worked out methodological grounds, principles of work and practical recommendations for the different levels of authorities as to illegal relations prevention, adequate usage of modern individual – group methods of psychological correction of the lack of discipline.
