0bject - processes of assembly splines of connections; the purpose - development of technology of assembly splines of pairs, which will ensure qualitatively assembled splines of connections with probability not less than 0,98.; the methods - the theory of probability, theoretical mechanics, physics, maximum mathematics.; the novelty - received results is, that on the basis of the system approach concerning designing processes of the automated assembly of structurally complex connections technology of assembly splines of соnnections with use of diverse influences for the first time is developed, switching термовоздействие, which raise quality of connection and reliability of process.; results - the principle of self-orientation of details is developed at assembly, in which basis the increase of adaptability to manufacture, use of the minimal temperature deformations and effect concerning a covered detail lays; The developed thermodynamic model of heat exchange splines of the cartridge during assembly takes into account е е of design feature and thermal expenses on technological transitions of assembly operation; the received analytical dependence for definition of the minimal technological backlash between surfaces of basing provides assembly splines of connections with probability not less, than 0,98.; is introduced - on ООО "Триз", ОАО "Сумсельмаш", ОАО "Фрунзе".; branch - mechani cal engi nee ri ng.
