The thesis is devoted to theoretical motivating the conception and working out the system of psychological-pedagogical monitoring of pupils' educational achievements, optimistic conditions of its realization are substantiated, offers the integrating model of standard educational process. The subject, structural components and standards of pupils' potential educational possibilities are revealed here, here is constructed the methodic of their revealing. The effect of monitoring for realization the control of dynamic pupils' mental development is experimentally proved. The correction-development training methodic promotion potential educational possibilities of teenagers is worked out and approved.
