Koryugin A. Scientific-methodical fundamentals of regulation the development of agroindustrial complex of the region

The thesis is devoted to matters of scientific and methodical substantiation of the problems of forming and stimulating the development of agroidustrial complex of the region. AIC is considered to be the constituent of national economy; functional, branch and managing structures have been grounded; the mechanism of state regulation of the reforming AIC has been proposed; methodical provisions on substantiation of perspective direction functioning AIC in the region have been extended. On the basis of analyzing the natural, climatic, social and economic factors long-term trends of development of AIC of Khmelnitsky Oblast have been grounded; the proposals on creating the special mode of levers influence on functioning AIC in the oblast have been worked out.
