Essay

The object is movement of labour force and its streams at the labour-market. The purpose is the substantiation of integral scientific conception of labour force motion at the labour-market, development of theoretical positions and elaboration of methodical approaches directed on perfection of adjusting mechanism of labour force streams at the labour-market of industrial region. The methods of research include the method of logical generalization, an instrumentation of qualitative and quantitative analysis. The newness - the regional streams of labour force which are the basis of employment and unemployment adjustment have been formulated and defined as a research object; new directions of productive employment provision in a region have been determined; the instrumentation of management by the labour force streams has elaborated on the basis of present statistical information. The results - the definition of labour force streams has been introduced in an economic theory and practice, argued their efficiency; the criteria of their classification and complex schemes of streams and its interpretation to the fixed labour-market are offered; an estimation of labour force streams is carried out at the fixed labour -market; and at the fixed labour-market of the Dnipropetrovsk region the interdependent system of labour force streams model is built with the use of chain substitutions method; the complex model of labour force streams management at the labour-market and methodological bases of introduction the integral control system in an industrial region have been built and substantiated. The field is an economy and labour-market.
