Essay

The object of research: process of control of the building enterprises in conditions of market instability. The aim of research: engineering of theoretical bases and methodical recommendations for a raise of a controllability of the building enterprise as participant of the self-organized structure in conditions of market instability. Methods of research: method of the logic analysis and synthesis, method of comparison, economic-mathematical methods, graphic method, methods of a component analysis, method of statistical observations. Scientific outcomes: the economic variables are defined which influence on controllability of the building enterprise and the areas of a controllability of the building enterprise are offered; the pattern of a controllability of the building enterprise is developed; the concept of a controllability of the building enterprise in aspect of self-organizing independent participants of building process is specified; the methodical recommendations for a raise management efficiency of the building enterprise are presented; the generalized integrated method of the determined component analysis is offered; the influence of inflation on cost of construction with the help of the generalized integrated method is investigated. Is introduced: the technique of the final pay of economic benefit is offered at realization of civil work from the account variable in time of factor of inflationthe, methodical recommendations for a raise of a controllability of the building enterprise, graphic pattern of a controllability of the building enterprise with the defined areas of a controllability. Sphere of usage: the building enterprises of any patterns of ownership and higher educational institutions.
