Essay

The object of investigation: the process of providing of a building project implementation with machines and mechanisms. The purpose of investigation: the development of the scientific-methodical approaches and practical recommendations for the estimation and selection of an effective way of providing of a building project implementation with machines and mechanisms in market conditions. Methods of investigation: the logical theoretical generalisation and comparing, present value, equivalent annuity, development of the credits repayment plans, deprecation methods, making of the investment solutions, dynamical programming. The theoretical results: the scientific-methodical approaches for the estimation and selection of an effective way of providing of a building project implementation with machines and mechanisms in market conditions have been offered. The mechanisms of the estimation and selection of this way, on the basis of financial capabilities of building firms have been elaborated. The classification of the factors, which have to be taken into account at an estimation of ways of the projects providing by machines, and calculation method of machine-hour cost of their exploitation have been improved. The approaches for determination of optimal replacement term of building machines and mechanisms have been developed. The practical results: the scientific-methodical approaches for the estimation and selection of an effective way of providing of a building project implementation with machines and mechanisms and determination of their replacement policy in the Dnipropetrovsk enterprises. The area of implementation: the contractors and customers of the building projects, research institutes and higher education establishments.
