Essay

The notions of competition, competitive environment, competitive strategy in economics are outlined, the classification of economic competition is given. The problems raised in this dissertation are supported by the theories of different scientific schools. New ideas of development of competition are outlined, criteria of unfair advertising are suggested as well as conditions under which comparing advertising should be banned. Some ideas for development of address advertising and advertising in the media are given. The main grounds of economic legal regulation of competition in economics of Ukraine are improved, the most important grounds of institutional regulation of advertising are given.
