Kulyk A. State regulation of the economic development of private agroformations in Ukraine.

It was summarized the complex system of management and maintenance of agroenterprices taking into account its seasonal character and riskiness of work as well as necessity to improve system of financial credit services, more flexible taxation, material technical supplies. It was analysed the basic methods and means of practical realization of the normative legal principles, the main attention was payed to the typical violations of valid legislation during reforms and methods of their prevention and liquidation were shown. It was suggested to implement advanced scientific technical innovations in to the practice of private agroenterprises, to improve education and retraining of farmers. It was examined the main types of economic-mathematical models and problems of informative software of the activity of private agroformations.
