Essay

The thesis presents a theoretic-experimental investigation of the problem of forming the professional interest of future teachers in the process of pedagogical practice. The essence of the secondary school teacher’ professional interest is defined, its content and structure including four components: motivate ( motives, necessity, direction); intellectual ( knowledge, skill), subjective-practical (experience, quality), self regulation (self-consciousness). It is determined that each sphere include competence;a technology that provides the realization of pedagogical conditions of forming the professional interest is work out; the indexes and criterions of its forming is defined more precisely. The effectiveness of the worked out professional technology is proved by the results of the experimental work.
