Essay

Object: regulation of market pricing during formation of ground relations. Aim: improvement of methods of an estimation of ground resources and use in regulation of ground relations of Ukraine. Methods: monographic, historical, abstract-logic, economic analysis, economic-statistical modeling, forecasting. Results: the concept of a monetary estimation of the grounds is proved, methodical approaches to application of economic-mathematical modeling are advanced at a choice of methods of a monetary estimation of ground resources. Use: to development of the project of the Decision of the Cabinet of Ukraine “About an expert monetary estimation of the grounds”, at teaching of discipline “Expert estimation of the grounds”.
