ОPANASYUK V. Venture Capital.-Formation and Peculiarities of Development.

Thesis contains theoretical clauses and practical recommendations considering national economics development by introduction the venture machanisms of fiancing the innovative sphere. Thesis also includes the author's definition of venture capital and suggested methods of difining the economic effects of introducing venture capital. It's pioneered the economic category "venture capital" from the point of triune system of social-economic, economic-organizational and economic-legal forms, knowledge monopoly. Mechanisms of introducing venture capital are described for providing the innovative development of Ukrainian economics. The ways of solution the problems of formation institution terms of venture capital development in Ukraine.
