Essay

The thesis deals with improvement of the mechanism of implementation of Ukraine at performance of international legal obligations in sphere of an external migration. The criteria which allow to understand a degree of implementation of standards of the international law within the standards of the national right, and also conformity of statutory acts of Ukraine to international legal standards in terms of external migration were specified. The peculiarities of migratory processes in Ukraine were analysed and the circle of the legal measures directed at prevention and counteraction of illegal migration to Ukraine, and its transfer to the countries of Western Europe was determined.
