The Object of the study: organizing-economic processes, occurring in publishing-polygraphic complex (PPC) of the region. The Purpose of the study: generalization of the theoretical positions and development practical action on increasing of efficiency of the operation publishing-polygraphic complex of the region on base of the change organizing-legal form its enterprise, stimulations to investment activity, improvements of the system of the payment of the labour with provision for trend of the market transformations in economy of the region. The Methods of the study: system-analytical, survey, modeling, logical generalization, comparative and statistical analysis. Theoretical and practical results consist in system approaches to decision of the problem on increasing of competitiveness to publishing product and expansion of the segment its market.
