Essay

Object of research: processes of forming and functioning of flexible organizational structures of management by enterprises. Purpose of research: development on the basis of systems approach of mechanism of forming of flexible organizational structures of management by en-terprises, directed on the increase of possibilities of pro-duction potential, steady growth of efficiency of the use of organizational resources in the management by an enter-prise. Methods of research: economic analysis; methods of logical generalization; methods of economics-mathematical design; methods of structural analysis, ex-pert estimations, graphic analysis. Results: a conclusion is grounded that there must be the index of degree of effi-ciency of management at creation and high-quality im-provement of the control system by the criterion of level of its good organization; basic conformities to the law of organization of management by enterprises in modern terms are exposed; the problems of search of process of forming of flexible are formulated OSU by enterprises; conception of development of mechanism of forming of flexible is offered OSU by enterprises; the model of form-ing of optimum hierarchy of aims of functioning of enter-prises is developed; the method of choice of optimum of communications structures of management by enterprises is developed; the algorithm of the joint forming and im-provement of functional structures of management by enterprises is developed; the method of adjusting of ad-ministrative influence on development and acceptance of administrative decisions is developed; the system of ex-change is offered by information at forming of flexible OSU by enterprises; the method of determination of effi-ciency of forming of flexible is developed OSU by enter-prises; the mechanism of forming of flexible is realized OSU on the example of concrete enterprises. Novelty: the terms of increase of efficiency of the use of organizational resources on all stages of functioning of enterprise on the basis of dynamic process of search of the most suitable form of flexible are first certain OSU; conception of mechanism of forming of flexible is first developed OSU by enterprises, built on the basis of systems approach; further development was got: economics-mathematical model of forming of optimum hierarchy of aims of func-tioning of enterprises; method of choice of optimum of communications structures of management by enterprises; method of adjusting of administrative influence on devel-opment and acceptance of administrative decisions; the method of the joint forming and improvement of func-tional structures of management by enterprises is im-proved.
