Essay

Object of study - technology of dyeing cotton fabrics with sulphurous dyes. Purpose of study - physico-chemical motivation and improvement of technology of coloring cotton textile materials with sulphurous dyes with repeated use of the purified sewage. It is for the first time determined that there is an intensifying influence of aluminium ions and surface-active substances existing in the purified water on the process of dyeing cotton fabrics with sulphurous dyes. It is achieved due to the determination of the optimum correlation of total area of holes to the general area of distributing device of flotator, which provides efficient water purification. Advanced technology and advanced distributing device of flotator are approved in working conditions with the positive result at the domestic textile enterprise. Range of use - textile enterprises.
