Pylypenko V. The International Criminal Court under the Rome Treaty of 1998.

The dissertation is devoted to research of the International criminal court which Charter has been accepted in 1998 at the international conference in Rome. The concept of the international criminal justice is opened, its historical analysis of the development and formations as independent institution of international law is carried out. The structure and the order of formation of bodies of the International criminal court, its jurisdiction in the attitude to subjects of the international criminal liability and to the international crimes are opened. Characteristic of the international criminal trial is defined. Special attention is given to the bases and the order of attraction of individuals to the international criminal liability for the committed international crimes. The historical - legal analysis of the legal nature of the international criminal liability is carried out, elements of the international crimes falling under jurisdiction of the International criminal court, feature of co-operationof the states with the International criminal court, and the problem connected with ratification of the Rome Treaty by Ukraine are investigated.
