In work the comparative estimation of industrial potential of Ukraine and Bangladesh is carried out from the point of view of its conformity to mutual needs of both countries, forcasting of trade and economic relations between Ukraine and Bangladesh up to 2015 is developed, and also the strategy of cooperation between Ukraine and Bangladesh is developed.
