Essay

Dissertation is dedicated to the definition, scientific substantiation and system analysis of the international-legal sources and principles of the international waterways law as the new normative body in the system of contemporary international law. Peculiarities of the international waterways law development in the bilateral, subregional and multilateral treaties are generalized while revealing their impact on the formation of the legal norms in states' legislation. The scientific conclusions are aimed at the international-legal regulation of the problem of international waterways of the Middle East.
