Monya A. The substantiation and choice of rational parameters of a disk brake of a mine locomotive

The mathematical model of braking of a mine locomotive by the disk brake is designed and tested. The dependences of a clutch coefficient on slip ratio in a condition of braking for different states of a railway are found. The problem about a determination of a temperature pattern arising in a brake disk and frictional lining is solved. The experiments on definition of relative heating temperature of a brake disk and friction coefficient of a frictional pair allowing for relative humidity and availability of dust are carried out. The process of braking of a mine locomotive by the disk brake creating pulsating brake torque is investigated. The procedures of a choice of rational parameters of the disk brake of a mine locomotive and definition of dynamic and kinematic characteristics of a drive of a mine locomotive at braking by the disk brake with the multisector disk are designed and inculcated. The rational parameters of the disk brake of a mine locomotive are substantiated and chosen.
