Goltvenko V. Synthesis of the system of management by business activity of personnel of enterprise

Object of research: processes of management by business activity of personnel of enterprise. Purpose of research: synthesis of the control sys-tem by business activity of personnel, which will allow to promote efficiency of his activity on an enterprise in the conditions of transformation economy of Ukraine. Methods of research: sys-tems approach, methods of statistical groupments, expert analysis, method of treatment of grade es-timations, graphic analysis, method of selective supervision. Results: ground of economic essence of the concept "business activity" on the basis of determination and description of types of business activity; determination of basic indexes interfering with development of business activity of personnel in modern terms; analysis of the untraditional sys-tems of stimulation and determination of modern progress trends of personnel; development of con-ception of synthesis of the control system by busi-ness activity of personnel of enterprise; develop-ment to the mechanism of system diagnostics of business activity of personnel at the level of enter-prise, structural subdivision and separate worker, and development of algorithm of conducting of estimation of dynamics and composition of per-sonnel on an enterprise; development of method of construction of the effective system of motivation of labour and stimulation of personnel; develop-ment of mechanism of development of personnel of enterprise; analysis of the control system by business activity of personnel and determination of directions of perfection of the system of stimula-tion and development of personnel on joint stock company iron and steel works "Azovsteel", and also estimation of efficiency of the control system by development of personnel. Novelty: conception of synthesis of the control system by business ac-tivity of personnel of enterprise is first developed; the mechanism of system diagnostics of business activity of personnel is improved; the mechanism of development of personnel of enterprise is im-proved; the method of construction of the effective system of motivation of labour and stimulation of personnel got further development.
