The realization of the methodical in work methodical and practical recommendations assists increase of a level of financial soundness as integral component overal stability of association during anticrisis management. The novelty of results consists in a complex of theoretical and methodical positions concerning shaping is organizational - economic of the mechanism of regulation of stable operation of associations with use of a system approach. The methodical approach to a general evaluation of a level of stable operation of associations is developed which bases on comprehensive analysis of groups of parameters. Is offered the mechanism of regulation of stable operation of associations is organizational - economic which in difference from existing, provides management of stability at the industrial enterprises.
