Object of the study: The ischemic cardiac disease in the post menopause females. Purpose of the study: The optimizing treatment of ischemic cardiac disease in the post menopause females. It is based on the comparative analysis of the effect of statins (symvastatin), substitutive hormonal therapy (phemoston), and their combination on hemostasis, endothelial function, and lipid exchange index. Methods of the investigation: the standard therapeutic checkup, anechocardiography, the functional trials, a modified menopause index, an immuneenzyme analysis and RIA, a fermentative method, a turbidimetric method were applied for a verification of the diagnosis. Theoretical and practical results: The findings of the research The thesis deals with optimising treatment of ischemic cardiac disease in the post menopause females. It is based on the comparative analysis of the effect of statins (symvastatin), substitutive hormonal therapy (phemoston) and their combination on hemostasis, endothelial function, andlipid exchange index. It has been proved that hypolipidemic effect of phemoston is lower then that of symvastatin It has been proved that the administration of symvastatin, besides exhibiting a strong hypolipidemic action, and improving the functional condition of the endothelium, reduces hemostasis activity, which is manifested both by a decrease in the aggregation capacity of thrombocytes and a decrease in the fibrinogen level, and an increase in the fibrinolytic potential. It has also been proved that administration of phemoston favours in normalising endothelial function, also shows an insufficient effect on thrombotic readiness. Joint administration of Symvastatin and Phemoston results in synergistic effect but reduces mitigates the protrombotic risk of phemoston administration. Degree of introduction: results of work are introduced into clinical practice by the infarct department of Institute of therapy of a name of L.T.Malaya of АМS Ukraine, by the cardiological department of the Poltava regional hospital of aname of M.V.Sklifosovskogo, by the cardiological department of the Kharkov city hospital 28, by the therapeutic department of the Sokhnovsk central regional hospital, by the therapeutic department of the Barvenkovo central regional hospital.
