Essay

Object: is the process of salaries forms and systems for the effective functioning of the industrial enterprises of different forms of the ownership. Goal: The aim of the investigation is in the proving of market oriented forms and systems of salaries that correspond to the tasks of the enterprise in order to have success on the home markets. Methods: system and situation analysis, methods of the observation, synthesis, correlation and regression analysis, and method of the factors estimation in inner and outer environment of the enterprise. Results: The proposals of the investigation are recommended for the usage on the industrial enterprises of Ukraine of differ-ent forms of ownership.. Novelty : Model of the salaries pay-ment for employees with the creative character of activities is proposed; The methods of multi-factor estimation of the en-terprise employees contribution to the ending results of activity according to ‘merits’ are worked out; The methods of differentiation in the payment of managers and other personnel of the industrial enterprises by creating of ‘teams’ are proved. Inculcated: of salaries models and the principles worked out by the author “Salaries payment” are implemented on the 8 industrial enterprises. Sphere: the industrial enterprises.
