Darchenko N. Estimation of activity performance and motivation of staff of machine building enterprises

Object: the activity performance of the machine-building enterprise as sets of the interconnected organization-producing units, and a system of motivation of productive work of the personnel. The purpose: the development of the theoretic-methodical approaches and development of the practical recommendations according to the activity performance of organization-producing units of the enterprise as bases of the the personnel motivation. Methods: abstractly-logic, generalization, analysis and synthesis, system approach, expert estimations, analysis of hierarchies, idealization. For the first time the integrated model of an estimation of activity performance of the enterprise is developed, the methodological approach to use of activity performance of the machine-building enterprise as bases of motivation of effective work of its personnel is offered. The system of typical criteria of performance and generalized list of performance parameters for different organizational producing units of the machine-building enterprise is generated. Is advanced: methodical bases of measurement, estimation and comparison of performance; the methodical approaches and practical recommendations for motivation of productive work of the personnel. Sphere of use: industrial enterprises.
