Essay

The dissertation is devoted to finding out the mechanisms of protector action of activators of КАТP-channels on mitochondrial functioning in liver and myocardium, state of the antioxidant system and intensity of lipid peroxidation processes in rats with different initial resistance to hypoxia under stress condition, adrenaline myocardial dystrophy, and role of the intermittent hypoxia training in realization of effects of КАТP-channel modulators under stress. Effects of КАТP-channel opener pinacidil induced the increasing of mitochondrial functioning in liver and myocardium by economization oxygen-dependent processes, adaptive potentialities of organisms with low resistance to hypoxia. The physiological activation of NO-ergic link under adaptation by intermittent hypoxia and application of a KATP channel opener pinacidil possess significant protective effect on mitochondrial energy support and increase the adaptative potentialities of organisms
