Kravchenko E. Psychological features of fraud

Object: fraud as a kind of crime. The purpose: to determine the psychological basis of the fraud acts, to set the ways of manipulating fraud victims. Methods: statistical, analytical, setting experiment, expertizing value. Theoretical and practical results: it is solved the psychological core and content of wide-spread types of fraud; the practical importance of received results is to use the results for further studying by the specialists of the law-enforcement agencies the ways of carrying out the psychological analysis of the fraud operation scheme. Novelty: the total scheme of a fraud operation has been simulated, it has been done its psychological analysis, it has been found the features of criminal subjects behaviour, it has been revealed features of communicating influence by a frauds to his victim. A degree of implementation: some points have been introduced into a real activity of operating and investigating divisions of the Ministry of Interior of Ukraine and law-courts. Area of use: law-enforcement activity, training process in the course of professional cycle of law-enforcement agencies.
