The object - is the socio economic relations of employment in transformational economics. The purpose of work is revealing of complex structural changes of employment in transformational economics, influence on them of basic economic processes, which occur in conditions of market transformations. Methods of the analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, comparative economical analysis and mathematical statistics, classification and typology, graphic are used. The concept of institutional spheres of employment in transformational economics is uncovered. The basic features of institutional spheres of employment are characterized. On the basis of complex research of a modern condition of system of employment of the population in Ukraine the complex of risks and threats to economical safety and further economic growth is revealed. The factors, which influence on employment in transformational economics of a supply for a labour are determined and characterized. The priority factors, which form thedemand for a labour are determined. The basic changes of structure of employment in conditions of market transformations are systematized. The classification of the forms of self-employment of the population is specified. The recommendations concerning the improvement of employment are developed.
