The thesis is dedicated to creation of pathogenetically proved ways of salmonella toxins inactivation on the basis of study of production by monocytes, neutrophils and enterocytes of mediators and cyclic nucleotides in vitro. The enterotoxin ability to stimulate secretion by monocytes and neutrophils of cytokines and eicosanoids to modulate the intracellular contents of cyclic nucleotides is established. The ability of enterocytes to secret interleukins and tumor necrosis factor is established spontaneously and under influence of lipopolysaccharide and enterotoxin. Dose-dependent influence of toxins on secretory function and intracellular system of cyclic nucleotides in enterocytes, monocytes and neutrophils is established. Prevailing sensitivity of monocytes to lipopolysaccharide and enterocytes to enterotoxin is established. For the first time it is shown, that solutions of 1 % acetic acid, 3 % hydrogen peroxide and their mixture cause dose-dependent inactivation of toxins; the most full inactivation of toxins is caused with mixture of solutions of acetic acid and hydrogen peroxide. The pathogenetic substantiation of usage of mixture of 1 % acetic acid, 3 % hydrogen peroxide solutions for salmonella toxins inactivation in chicken meat and meat products is given. The obtained data are used in educational process of 2 medical high schools of Ukraine.
