Object of research: medical efficiency of preparation izamben (amizone) at the most wide-spread diseases of dogs and cats. Methods of correction of immunoglobulated reactivity of dogs and cats organisms. Purpose of research: to study the unknown aspects of pharmacodynamies of izamben and the efficiency of immunoprophylactics and therapy of small farm animals at the most wide-spread infections diseases. Methods of research: pharmacological (had been studied the treatment efficiency of izamben due to the most wide-spread diseases of dogs and cats); clinical (had been carried out examination of animals); immunological (had been set the immunological indices of experimental animals); biochemical and haematological (had been studied bioghemical and haematological indices of blood); statistical. Scientific novelty: for the first time in experiments on dogs and cats it was proved, that izamben has the essential preferences at traditional immunoglobulators. The preparation, together with antiinflammatory, febrifugal, sedative, interferonogenic diame in conditions in vivo and in vitro accelerate the differenciation of precursors of macrofages, intensifies cell immunity. It was determined, that izamben increase the efficiency of vaccine inoculations, virus hepatitis, parvovirus entheritis, adenovirus and efficiency of dogs treatment at babeziosis, conjunctivitis, sarcoptosis and cats at adenovirosis, conjunctivitis, sarcoptosis. The results of researches are defended by the patent of Ukraine on invention "1-Methyl-4 (N-bensil) aminocarboxopiridinium iodid as stimulator of animal immunity", registrated claim for №20040708774 from 14.07.2004. It was proved that in circumstances of anthropogenic loading thanks to existing technologies of keeping the small domestic animals the immune status of their organism needs constant correction and reabilitation. Degree of introduction: the results of experiments, which were inculated into practic of veterinary medicine in towns Kyiv, Odessa, Kremenchuk, Komsomolsk, Poltava and are used during educational process in National Agrarian University, Poltava State Agrarion Academy, Bilotserkivsk State Agrarian University. Izamben is used due to "Methodical recommendation with the use of preparation izamben to productive and small domestic animals as antiinflamatory, febrifugal, sedative and immunostimulated preparation", confirmed by the Head of State department of veterinary medicine of the Ministry of agrarian politics of Ukraine based on the grounds of the decision of scientific-methodic Rada of State department of veterinary medicine MAP of Ukraine, protocol №4 from 23.12.2004.
