The medical pathomorphism of the tissue of hyperplastic prostate was studied for the first time, and it was created and applied the algorithm of differentiative approach to the treatment of 215 patients with uncomplicated benign prostatic hyperplasia with the help of preparations like omnik, cardura, proscar, omnik and proscar and it was carried out the dy-namic observation (the control group - 32 patients) with due regard for the complex estima-tion of infravesical obstruction for anatomofunctional state of urinary ways, accompanying diseases, for histological structure of prostate and its volume. It was established all the preparations bring to the trustworthy decrease of the specific part of glandular component in prostate's tissue.According to the dynamic changes of clinical urodynamic and sonographical indexes it was carried out the comparative estimation of effectiveness of this variants of treatment pa-tients with uncomplicated benign prostatic hyperplasia during the year. It was established that during the dynamic observation it was mentioned the increasing I-PSS, the volume of the residual urine, the decreasing of Qmax, Qave of urofluometrical index. The clinical effect of omnik, cardura or proscar are almost identical, but the time of their action are different. According the treatment of omnik or cardura these indexes become more better in 3 months and then improve a little. According the treatment of proscar they improve gradually. In case of combined treatment by omnik and proscar improvement begins earlier and more consid-erably. For the first time was calculated the mathematical models for clinical-urodynamical and sonographical indexes, with the help of which we can do the prognosis of patient's state with uncomplicated benign prostatic hyperplasia.
