Object of research are managerial processes by a fixed capital of the enterprise in conditions of the market. The purpose of research is development of the concept and mechanisms of management of a fixed capital of the industrial enterprises for acceptance of the administrative decisions promoting decrease of expenses for manufacture and increase of competitiveness of production.
