Essay

This thesis is devoted to the definition of consul's status as a official which takes competence from the state on the protection of its citizens abroad in a way of notarial activity. In the thesis the author analyses consul's competence, peculiarity of his activity in the international agreements, legislation of the accredit state and the state of consul's location. A lot attention the author pays to the elaboration of the procedure of consul's activity, peculiarity of the most main certifications of the notarial proceedings.
