Chernyak A. Organizational psychological conditions of professional appropriateness forecasting of military servicemen on contract basis by Heir intellectual faculties scale

The author of the thesis investigates the existing approaches and the basic directions of improvement of an estimation of intellectual abilities of military men who are serving military service on the contract, by means of development and introduction of highly reliable methods of forecasting of professional suitability. The theoretical approaches to an estimation of intellectual abilities of the person are analysed. The essence and features of estimation of intellectual abilities to forecast successfulness of professional activity of military men under the contract are specified. On a quota of the military men, who are called on a military service under the contract, the acceptability of a number of techniques of an estimation of intellectual abilities for realization of mass inspections is investigated and on their basis the complex of estimated criteria of a level of development of intelligence, and also complete technology of assessment of intellectual abilities and forecasting professional suitability of the candidates is proved. Using psychotechnology of assessment, the correlation dependence of results of military-professional activity of the military men, who are called on a military service under the contract, upon the level of development of their intellectual abilities is investigated.The recommendations for optimization of an estimation of intellectual abilities of the military men who are called on a military service under the contract is developed.
