The work is dedicated to national real estate market development and activity points. General extensive scheme of real estate objects classification is elaborated. Real property lease market is examined. Rent size depending on object type and his placement is analyzed. Rent size calculation scheme independently to activity type is proposed. Real property valuation principles and perfection of their realization ways are considered. A number of practical recommendations concerning solutions of real estate valuation methodological problems is elaborated. Real estate object placing influence on its market value is examined. Calculation techniques of land compound size are provided. Unfinished real estate objects valuation peculiarities are outlined.
