Essay

Object – is future junior-form vocational teacher training. aim – to ground theoretically and to check up experimentally the efficiency of student training model to the formation of schoolchildren communicative skills in the condition of open socio-educational system, to reveal the influence of psycho-educational conditions and adequate to the contents of preparation, teaching aids on the model functioning; methods used – theoretical methods: studies, analysis, generalization, systematization; empiric methods: oral and written questioning, survey, interview, school-documents’ study, teaching and methodical provision the process of communicate skills formation, educational observation, conversations, testing, self-appraisal, self-estimation, modeling, educational experiment, qualitative and quantitative analysis of it’s results and mathematical statistics. Novelty - for the first time an author’s model of future-teacher training for the first-step secondary school to the formation of schoolchildren communicative skills in the condition of the open socio-educational system has been worked out, the main psycho-pedagogical conditions and a complex of teaching aids have been defined and characterized; methodical basis for personal-oriented student’s training for the formation of primary schoolchildren communicative skills have been improved; scientific knowledge on communicative skills, thesis of criteria definition, indication concerning students training level, systematization of junior schoolchildren thinking-speaking peculiarities development accordingly to their personal value typology have received further development; the results can be used in educational establishments, in junior-form teachers’ activities, by social pedagogues, by instructors of pre-school establishments, in extended day groups and at refresher courses as well.
