Object of research: vocational training of the future teachers of an elementary school. Object of research: the contents, forms and methods of preparation of the future teachers of an elementary school to polycultural education of pupils. The purpose of research: to develop, scientifically to prove and experimentally to check up technology of preparation of the future teachers of an elementary school to polycultural education of pupils in conditions of teaching and educational process in the supreme pedagogical educational institution. For the decision of tasks in view the complex research receptions, in particular theoretical is used: the analysis, synthesis, comparison, classification, modelling, ordering, forecasting, planning, the qualitative and quantitative analysis, generalization and statistical processing of results; empirical: supervision, questioning, conversations, interrogation, testing, pedagogical experiment (ascertaining, forming). Scientific novelty of research consists that the author's technology of preparation of the future teachers of an elementary school to polycultural education of pupils for the first time is developed and entered; the program of diagnostics of readiness of the future teachers of an elementary school to polycultural education is developed. The contents of vocational training of the future teachers of an elementary school on the basis of addition curriculum is advanced by a polycultural component. The further development was got with theoretical bases of polycultural education of the future teachers of initial classes. Theoretical value of research consists in a substantiation of positions concerning expediency of formation of polycultural competence at the future teacher of an elementary school on the basis of theoretical and active approaches and in definition of pedagogical conditions of vocational training of the future teachers of an elementary school to polycultural education of pupils, development of the thesaurus of preparation of the future teachers of an elementary school to polycultural education of pupils. Practical value of research is determined by that is developed and entered into the contents of professional pedagogical preparation an author's special rate " the Theory and practice of polycultural education of the future teachers of an initial part of formation{education} ". Materials of research can be used during vocational training the future teachers of an elementary school, at teaching rates of pedagogics, bases of pedagogical skill, a technique of teaching of foreign language, a technique of teaching of the children's literature, special rates: ethnopedagogics, ethnopsychologies. The basic results of research can be used by teachers of higher educational pedagogical institutions, organizers of curriculums and rates, by preparation of course and degree works by students, teachers of initial classes and tutors of preschool institutions, social teachers, psychologists.
