Essay

This dissertation is devoted to investigation of coupling influence of membranes channels modulators on hemodynamic indexes and contractile activity isolated strips vessels. Compound “C” was used in our investigations. It includes 2 compounds. The first is structure which cause blocking of calcium channels, and the second is group, which cause the effect potassium channels activation. It was shown that compound ‘C’ decreases arterial pressure and total peripheral vessels resistance. It is proved by substantial decrease contractive activity isolated strips of vessels by compound “C”. The mechanism of reducing tone was caused by increasing potassium current and hyperpolarisation of cells membrane, and with depression of calcium current. In the spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR) hemodynamic effects of foridon, flokalin and compound ‘C’ were more significant in comparison with normotensive rats.
