The thesis is devoted to the research of the process of intensification of biotechnology of vermicultivation by the way of optimization of the mineral content of nutrient medium for the California red worms' hybrid with the help of natural home deposits and using of worms biomass, cultivated on different mineral nutrient media and zeolites in quails' rations. The content of mobile and semi-mobile forms of metals in zeolite of Sokyrnytsya deposit of Transcarpathian region and zeolite containing basalt of the deposit "Polytske-II" of Rivne region has been studied. The level of ferum, magnesium, mangan, cooper and zinc ilimination from the minerals depending on the reaction of the medium and exposition has been determined
