Essay

The thesis deals with the results of experimental studies of tachykinins and selective agonists of tachykinin receptors on choleresis level and chemical composition of bile in rats. It has been established that these peptides produce a differential influence on various link of bile formation function process. Substance P increase content of all investigated organic components, while neurokinins A and B intensified mainly the processes of conjugation of bile acids with taurine and secretion of phospholipids and cholesterol. Substance P, neurokinins A and B and selective agonists of tachykinin receptors increase markedly metabolism of lipids in liver that is proved by the increase of release of phospholipids and cholesterol in bile composition. It has been show that adequate realization of choleretic effect of substance P and neurokinin A requires retaining parasympatic nervous system functional activity.
