The dissertation work is devoted to questions of individualized management of the personnel of the enterprises on an example of a Bureau Veritas Ukraine. As a result of research the lacks of the existing approaches to definition of the individual characteristics of the personnel are revealed, that has solved to the author to develop own model of individualized of the personnel management. The offered methodical bases of individualized of the personnel management of the enterprises. The methodical recommendations for individualized management of organizational changes were developed. The stated recommendations are offered for application of the offered mechanism in practical activity
