The object of research: the processes of government regulation of energy saving, the peculiarities of formation and realization the strategy of energy efficiency rise in a multi-tenor economy. The aim of research: the basing ground conceptual approaches to improvement of mechanism and methods of government regulation of energy saving in a multi-tenor economy. Methods of research: observation and theoretical enrichment; analysis and synthesis; dialectical; logic modeling; systems; statistical. Results: theoretical view of the economic essence of government regulation of energy saving in multi-tenor economy has been expanded; the disadvantages of current methods of regulation of energy saving has been found; practical recommendations have been proposed as regards the increase in effectiveness of government regulation of energy saving organizational and economic mechanism.
