The thesis is dedicated to theoretical substation and methodology development of determination of investment building organizations risk, forecast of its consequences, the creation of new and newly existing regulation system, that will provide increase of economic effectiveness their activities the in terms of market. For the goal achievement in thesis it was set and decided the problem of development and usage of methods were proposed solve regulation problems: definition appropriate risk of building organizations for the kinds of expenses, the determination of forecasts of the main economic exponents of the investment project and effectiveness great quantity of expenses of enterprises with taking into consideration the risk.
