Theoretical and practical aspects of the international payment systems' (IPS) strategies management in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) are studied in the research. IPS' marketing strategies management concept as an independent direction of scientific research was formulated based on the peculiarities of IPS strategies' structure. The origin of cards impact as a non-cash payment means on the economical changes on financial market and prerequisites of IPS development in the countries of CEE are provided. The competitive IPS market model in Ukraine was developed; methodic grounds of cards project implementation efficiency assessment in a bank based on economic-mathematical ratio were given.
