3. Object of research: the process of using the manufacturing resources by the baking industry enterprises of Zhytomyr region. Purpose of research the theoretical and practical grounding of the ways of effectiveness increase in using the manufacturing resources of the baking industry enterprises of Zhytomyr regionMethods: the scientific abstraction method, the method of analysis and synthesis, the monographic method, the calculating-constructive method, the economic-statistical method, the graphical method, the economic-mathematical method, the sociological methodTheoretical and practical results: The theoretical results contribute to the enrichment of the economic science with new theoretical and methodological approaches to solving general and specific problems of the effectiveness increase of the functioning of the agroindustrial complex enterprises. The practical meaning lies in the possibility of using the results by the specialists of the agrarian sphere. The obtained results contribute to the effectiveness increase of the functioning of the baking industry enterprises.Scientific novelty: It was established for the first time that there are reserves of the profitability growth of the baking industry enterprises due to the rational usage of manufacturing resources, and the optimization of their expenses was conducted; the economic essence of the development effectiveness of the baking industry was specified; the methodological approach to defining the effectiveness level of using the manufacturing resources of the baking industry and the algorithm of conducting the corresponding analysis on the basis of the generalizing indices of the effectiveness of resources consumption in the industry were specified; the development tendencies of the baking industry enterprises and the estimation of their market position on the regional level with the consideration of the development peculiarities of the source of raw materials were specified; the suggestions on the improvement of the production quality of the baking industry enterprises were submitted with the consideration of ecological aspects and modern methods of the estimation of bread and bakery products quality; the strategy of the effectiveness increase of the baking industry enterprises was defined.Degree of introduction: the results of the research have been accepted for the implementation and are used by the Main department on the agriculture and food supply of the State regional administration of Zhytomyr region; the baking enterprises of Zhytomyr region, the public corporation Zhytomyrkhlib in particular, they are also used in the educational process of the department of the agricultural complex economy of the State agricultural universityEfficiency: the results of the research form the concept of the effectiveness increase of the functioning of the baking industry enterprises.
