Essay

Object - a dynamic state of lifting units' interconnected parts as of a system of closely linked discrete lump and distributed mass; the purpose - scientific substantiation of a new cable spooling mode used with cross-wound friction spools mine lifting units to ensure safe use of unbalanced single cable and multi cable systems and increase capacity; methods - based on the main principles of analytical mechanics and mathematical physics, differential equation theories, calculation methods and programming; findings - the developed mathematical model of a dynamic state of cross-wound friction spools lifting units and supporting software modules allow to determine at this stage of design trials not only the number of cross-wound coils; innovation - there has been determined a link between cable operating time and its parameters, mine lifting units parameters and a link between unit lifting capacity and height and the number of lifting cables and cross-wound friction spools with a hyperbolical character; onthe basis of the developed mathematical model there has been determined a connection between head frame sheaves mass and frequency characteristic of a lifting unit; exploitation - the above findings have come as a result of trials performed with a ЦР-4X3/0,7 lifting unit of Lozovskoy ventilation shaft, Kuybyshevskaya coal mine, Donetskugol Mining Enterprise; area - machine building.
