Shtofer G. Development of approaches to the estimation of region's business activity in modern terms

In dissertation work a concept is extended "business activity" in relation to region. On the basis of systems approach essence and signs of region is specified as economic category. In dissertation the development's mechanism of approaches adapted to the modern terms of Ukraine is first offered to the estimation of region's business activity, foreseeing the construction of index on the basis of the grounded elements of region's business activity. On the basis of the offered mechanism the method of estimation of region's business activity, in accordance with which research of level of business activity is conducted in ARE Crimea, is in-process developed. The results of estimation of regional complex's functioning of within the framework of region's business activity are necessary basis for decisions of basic socio-economic problems of region and, as a result, providing of the effective functioning of the regional system.
