Kiselyova E. Development of Investment Mechanism of regional electric power sector (taking as an example AR Crimea)

The dissertation is devoted to rationalization of theoretical and methodical approaches on development of structural reform investment mechanism of electric power sector in regional aspect. Has formalized methodical support of investment planning in regional electric power sector that featured by possibility of precise underpinning of demand for investments taking into account influence of a financing source on tariffs making in electric power sector of the region. Methodical statements of preplanning research of investments effectiveness of regional development of electric power sector have been developed with an aim of evaluation of investment potential, attractiveness and risks. The author has grounded main organizational and economic tools of implementation of investment mechanism of electric power sector of the region that allows to evaluate structural reform of electric power sector on the basis of usage of territorial organisation of investment activity.
