Essay

The object is the process of cadets-pilots' special theoretical and practical training; the methods are psycological and pedagogical methods (the work with literature sources and documents, which regulate aviation work and teaching, the researches of the level of cadets-pilots' preparation , the conversations with aviation instructors, pedagogical supervisions), the methods of estimation of the professional activity quality, the pedagogical experiment, the mathematical and statistical methods; the aim is to ground scientifically, to develop and to prove experimentally the efficiency of the methods of cadets-pilots’ professional thinking perfection during studying the series of aircraft instrumentation disciplines; the novelties are for the first time on the basis of the analysis of the scientific researches in the field of pedagogy, psychology and flight safety the fazes of professional thinking conformably to the pilots’ professional activity are specified; for the first time on the basis of systemapproach and psychological and pedagogical conceptions the content of structure components of the methods of cadets-pilots’ professional thinking perfection during studying the series of aircraft instrumentation disciplines is grounded and worked out. The components are characterized by the integral connection and are focused on the cadets’ professional thinking perfection; further development was given to the theory of construction of especially complicated to control system operators aim models; the results are that the ways of the solving of the cadets-pilots’ professional thinking rising problem are grounded; the content of structure components of the methods of cadets-pilots’ professional thinking perfection during studying the series of aircraft instrumentation disciplines is grounded and developed; the didactic means of the methods of cadets-pilots’ professional thinking perfection during studying the series of aircraft instrumentation disciplines are grounded and worked out; the efficiency of the methods of cadets-pilots’ professional thinking perfection during studying the series of aircraft instrumentation disciplines is proved experimentally; the methods are introduced in the work of the aircraft equipment State Pilots Academy of Ukraine department; the field is Aviation Pedagogues.
