An object is functioning of the system of transport maintenance of users at the market freight transportations. A purpose is development of models for perfection of cooperation of users and producers in freight transportations. Methods are the systems analysis, theory of fuzzy sets, multicriterion choice on the great number of alternatives. Theoretical and practical results - models are developed for determination of quality of freight transportations, segmentation at the fuzzy requirements of clients, classification on informing signs. Composition is offered, algorithms are realized for the system of support of acceptance of decisions for users and producers of transport services, the software is created. Novelty - a model is first developed for determination of quality of transportations on the basis of fuzzy conclusions and functions of belonging; the model of classification of subjects of transport market is first offered on informing signs, the models of fuzzy stucturizatiоn are improved for the market of freight transportations; a structure, models, algorithms is first developed for the system of support of acceptance of decisions for the market of transport services; the models of acceptance of decisions are improved for the market of freight transport services in the conditions of vagueness; the models of determination of areas of service are developed, attraction of clients to producers of services, playing approach to determination of park of transport vehicles. Results are inculcated on enterprises - users and producers of transport services, in an educational process. The sphere of the use is freight transportations.
